please use 'mscoree' for Wine-Mono related bugs. Thanks.

Bugzilla keyword 'dotnet' is reserved for scenarios when Microsoft .NET
Frameworks have been installed in 32-bit WINEPREFIX, replacing default
Wine-Mono (uninstalled).
