[Bug 39086] Fireworks CS6 any action needing a mouse drag won't work

Just a bump, one year after, I've tested both

Wine 6.0.2 - same issue
Wine 7.0-rc3 - same issue

All UI works perfectly, but mouse click then drag to draw a rectangle still
does not work. I think this is the only problem remaining to get this awesome
program working again.
