[Bug 32074] 1by1 Player: music time indicators too fast

When the same mp3 files are played using VLC, the track time progresses
normally.  In 1by1 Player the track time is going way too fast!  That said, the
tracks play normally.

Still occurring with Wine 1.5.27 and 1by1 Player.
