Setting version to Windows Vista also triggers the bug, in a fresh 32-bit or
64-bit wineprefix with Steam.

GTA5 requires Windows Vista or above, when windows is set to XP, an error
message pops up, preventing start of the launcher.

According to MSDN, SetFileCompletionNotificationModes() appeared in Windows
Vista (client) and Windows 2008 (server).
