I have now downgraded the X-Server/NVIDIA driver from version 295.20/1.11.4 to version 280.13/1.10.4 and I can reproduce the bug again. It seems this is really a driver problem. If Fedora will update the X-Server and/or NVIDIA driver the problem will be maybe solved for you too.
