[Bug 15150] IKEA Home Planner 2D view has an incorrect background and objects are overlapping

In 1.7.31, the background is white and it is possible to design in 2D view;
however, the screen refresh problem after moving objects is still there.
Switching from 2D to 3D and back forces a refresh.

The OR hasn't been heard from in 6 years, and as the last poster two years ago
pointed out, the program is obsolete: it helpfully tells you that prices are
valid through 2009 when you start it. 

This one should probably be marked abandoned, unless it has value as a
testcase.
