Yeah, this is good news indeed. Thanks for implementing the feature!

Just to add some info for other users. The global registry key for this new
setting is (Wine 3.14 or newer):

"HKCU\Software\Wine\FileOpenAssociations\Enable" (REG_SZ)

Value (without quotes) - File associations enabled:

"Y"

Value (without quotes) - File associations disabled:

"N"
