To resolv this problem, the solution was to disable "UseGLSL" I tried today with the latest git (wine-1.7.10-290-g2b8e900) and i enable UseGLSL to test. Result : Video/Sound are sync and Miranda's eyes are normal. Someone can test to confirm that the bug can be fixed in the next wine release ?
