I ran another regression test and finally found the problem: it's the shift to
WindowsXP as default setting.

Setting up wine 0.9.58 with Windows2000 installs and launches EndNote correctly
as with wine 0.9.57. I will add the information to the AppDB.

Should this bug be closed or is it a goal that every application runs with the
WindowsXP setting?
