The L"OEMSupportBlindCopy.E35C3ECB_5FDA_49E1_AB1F_D472B7CB90171" doesn't fail
anymore, but now this one does:

0035:err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action
L"ProcessPropertyFile.E35C3ECB_5FDA_49E1_AB1F_D472B7CB9017" returned 1603
