this crash does not occur if i turn off global anti aliasing in nvidia-settings

fixme:d3d:stretch_rect_fbo >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> GL_INVALID_OPERATION (0x502) from
glBlitFramebuffer() @ device.c / 6434 

will dissapear.

the menu esc click issue stays when changing desktops, but is fixed with alt
tab.
