Sorry, I forgot in todays fresh wineprefix to extract dxvk 2.2 like your
logfile indicate to be in use. With that the hang is immediately visible
again on loading a save game.
(copied dlls into their windows-sysxxxxx folders, started with 
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="d3d10core.dll=n;d3d11.dll=n;d3d9.dll=n;dxgi.dll=n" \
wine AnomalyDX11AVX.exe )
