Stack trace

To reproduce:

```
wget -O dev.msi https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.11.9/amd64/dev.msi
wine msiexec /i dev.msi /qn TARGETDIR=C:/python
```

I attached a stack trace. Note that this does not happen when you install
`exe.msi` first.
