[Bug 23805] Word / Excel 2007: issues with maximalized/windowed switching on dual monitor

Further investigation shows that if "Allow the window manager to control the
windows" is disabled in Winecfg the window can be maximized/restored without
problems. However, the downside is that it does not show up in the taskbar.
Is the bug in wine or KDE?
