Then I try to disable HW accel as described in comment #1 and SU crashes when I click [Ok]. If I set HW_OK=0 it refuses to start: "SketchUp was unable to initialize OpenGL! Please make sure you have installed the correct drivers for you graphics card. Error: ChoosePixelFormat failed [Ok]". Then it creates an "Untitled" window, closes it immediately, and another MessageBox shows some unprintable text like "▯▯▯▯▯▯▯ (▯▯▯▯▯▯:59)" followed by "An invalid argument was encountered".
