attached another update of the patch

The command line parsing turns out to be much more complicated then  adding the
simple "report all running processes " code

Here`s an attempt, still rather clumsy maybe, but it fixes this bug, and also
handles something like  (found in bugzilla for nox player):

tasklist L"/FI" L"Imagename eq NoxVMSVC.exe" L"-nh"
