[Bug 9787] Warcraft3 Battle.net Doesn't work (Needs AcceptEx)

If you run WarCraft 3 under Windows the locked controls gets enabled after some
time, if I recall correctly. But it has not to be an flaw in the AcceptEx
implementation as I'm not 100% sure about that.
