Confirming this bug and confirming this only happens with a wine wow64 build,


Using a non-wow64 build it begins apparently fine   installing lots of stuff.


Summarizing steps to reproduce:

1. Install
https://builds.dotnet.microsoft.com/dotnet/Sdk/10.0.101/dotnet-sdk-10.0.101-...

2. wine dotnet.exe workload install wasm-tools
