the backtrace from the program error.

Whenever I try to run clip studio paint v3, it starts off relatively normal. It
asks me to select whether I want to run EX or PRO. I select EX since that's
what I want to run. Then I get a program error that says "The program
CLIPStudioPaint.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience."
I'm not quite sure what to do about this or how to get it running.
