I cannot confirm this bug. Wow models show for me both in d3d and opengl mode.

OS: OpenSuSE 13.1
gfx driver: radeon proprietary installed with opensuse.org oneclick (hd7850)
wine: 1.7.25 (opensuse oneclick install)
wow: current retail as of this post (5.4.?)
