The DMO wrapper is fully implemented as of

Additionally, enough functionality has been implemented in the mp3 decoder DMO
for Age of Empires III as of
<https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/655017af7b39e26e6c7322904db9e72913cfa801>.

Therefore I'm closing this bug as fixed; please file new bugs for further
problems with any of the affected applications.
