The game itself works perfectly without any changes in Wine's configuration. What doesn't work is the editor that comes with the game. The editor window is black, and occasionally, the contents it should be displaying are visible for a fraction of a second, i.e. the editor window flickers. However, the menu bar (File / Edit / Help) is visible and its entries work.
