[Bug 44121] Notation Composer 3 cannot be installed anymore on Wine 2.22

Thanks for the immediate actions. The fixes need to be available for the next
stable release and for a next version of CrossOver. There is really nothing
special in the installer of Notation Composer 3 other than custom actions which
are widely used by other apps as well.
