[Bug 36954] DVDFab 9.x fails to convert video files

I forgot to mention that fake manifest needs to be deleted.

I'm not sure but this bug may different then the one that was closed with
WONTFIX reason. In this case the application is not using manifests. Its custom
build of msvcr90 can be loaded without manifest.
