As a workaround, try following the tips in http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=12016 I wrote those tips :-) they worked for the demo, But not for the (demo or full version) installer. I'm trying to play the full version. I can't use the workaround I used for the demo, because the full version files are in CAB archives, and it's not so easy to extract those.
