[Bug 47369] winetricks -q windowscodecs stopped working on WINEARCH=win32

It's not just that verb; current winetricks in general fails on a 32 bit
wineprefix. Another user reported it on the forum, and I can reproduce it.

However, since reverting to an older version of winetricks fixes it, I'm
inclined to think this is a bug in winetricks, not Wine.
