[Bug 34599] CD audio tracks are not played in WinQuake Demo

It seems that Quake 2 Demo is also affected by this bug. I've attatched a log
for this game as well.

The problem is present not only on Macs, but on Ubuntu 13.04 as well. On
Windows Vista everything works perfectly.
