[Bug 12248] Ufo Aftermath cursor issue: starting from version 0.9. 44 the cursor is invisible ingame

I forgot to mention that the cursor is even in 0.9.43 only visible in virtual
desktop mode. Fullscreen gives the same result as all newer versions.
