Well, for one thing you should highly discourage the practice of dynamic PDFs
if you have the power to. If you really have to, I recommend using (and
improving) PDF.js: http://mozilla.github.io/pdf.js/

Admittedly I don't get why this was closed wontfix, though - Austin?
