[Bug 48365] On every update wine mess up everything; reset folders, setting, forget every installed program.

I looked at that bugreport too. It looks that this might be the same problem.
Maybe this bugreport can be merged to that one,but I don't know how to do that
corectly. I appreciate if you can help me in that.
