[Bug 15304] Running any Half-Life based game in "Windowed Mode" corrupts mouse movement

No mouse emulators or anything. As I said it happens only when you take control
of a player... I've tried this on Debian, Gentoo, and Ubuntu, as well as a Dell
laptop and Dell Optiplex as well. All had different configurations and all
produce the same result every time.
