I can't install Cityinfo from setup. I have error message too. Why not? If it doesn't work, where is the bug for that?
I have to copy/paster folder from winbox (with applyed patch p27p1.exe) This is not supported. Most programs have to be properly installed or they won't work.
Please attach complete output, including command used to start the program of running this program as-is (no extra debug channels).
