[Bug 21007] AutoCAD Electrical/Mechanical 2008 fails to install

Just recently an test report came for AutoCAD 2008 and the reporter says it's
also problem with AutoCAD 2008. He gives a workaround: 

"If you have the same problem just edit the setup.ini file and under
[GLOBAL_MSI_PROPERTIES] write ALLUSERS=1"
