patch to avoid teb breakpoint

Certain DRMs add a breakpoint on the TEB, and NtCreateThreadEx invokes the
breakpoint through GetCurrentProcessId()
(NtCurrentTeb()->ClientId.UniqueProcess).

I've attached a patch that works around this issue. This is definitely a
stop-gap solution, but it should work for the time being.
