On w7u_2qxl the source of the interference is d3d8:device, more specifically
test_multi_adapter(). So to reproduce the crash on w7u_2qxl just upload
winetest.exe and provide "-c -o - -t foo d3d8:device mf:mf" as the test
arguments.
