The problem seems to be that any time EQ2 tries to change resolution, it crashes. I changed my eq_recent.ini file to use my native desktop resolution and it was able to start up. If I don't do this, it *does* successfully switch resolutions, and shows a graphical mouse cursor, but immediately crashes after that. Similar problems seem to happen when changing other, non-resolution properties of the graphics.
