APB Reloaded launcher crash while parsing x509 certificate (wine-staging 4.11
output)

Hello,

I get a crash when starting APB Reloaded launcher from Steam.
It is a .NET application.
This is with wine-staging 4.11.
wine-mono 4.9.0 shared install.
32-bit wineprefix.
