[Bug 26021] Services.exe stops any process required by wine.

You need to figure out what application caused that, it installed a service
(installer usually does it or program on first run for example) that doesn't
work correctly under wine. After you find out a particular application  that
slows down wine startup we could try to figure out what's wrong with this
service.
