I'm not a WINE developer, but I would reject all patches that warp mouse in this case. WINE should stop mouse from leaving the box and it should pass the mouse (not pointer) movement. Imagine mouse is stuck on the middle of the screen, or it goes back to the middle when it leaves the box.
