I can't reproduce this in a KDE Plasma Wayland version 6.4.4 session with the
latest version of Proton-GE.  Now that doesn't mean it's fixed in wine for sure
since I'm using a fork of wine with additional patches and it's on Wayland
which I wasn't using in the original report, but I'm leaving this anecdotal
note as a breadcrumb toward a proper test to pursue.
