[Bug 58008] wine-10.4 hangs on macOS (Rosetta 2)

This bug only affects wine running under Rosetta2 not Intel systems.

When trying to create a new wineprefix wine hangs until you force close
explorer.exe (usually)

To be safe I'd reverted both 9e006e94c9cb3473cb874e1efe1efe56be307463 &
07160a23fa2139c2dc9cad92158ddf0b64a3e75e and wine-10.4 works again.
