[Bug 30134] Wine on ARM: .init/.text sections passed to assembler need directives to allow for mixed/pure arm32/thumb2 builds (.init section thumb2 libc ctors vs. Wine arm32 ctor)

wine 1.5 running on i.mx6q sabrelite

Wine built with default -mthumb and .init section patch while winebuild
generated thunks/imports passed to assembler still compile as arm (no harm as
veneers are automagically inserted).
