[Bug 23461] Power Point Viewer 2007 Crashes to Open

In fact the problem is that SOMETIMES after upgrading wine this particular
program fails to start!!
Now in 1.3.8 i've tried several times this: wine upgrade, and after that must
reinstall pptview2007 so it can work!
