[Bug 29334] Word 2010 cannot open sample template files with builtin msxml6

Hi, Rosanne.

Final fix for that was committed as 95b9b8218188adc0af5099cb52910f92f1b74704.
Also related patches are:

Now I'm able to open template files or create new documents from templates,
please confirm.
