[Bug 41798] Multiple UE4 games crash while loading with a "Fatal Error" message

As of Wine 2.6-55-gf7402accc4 (CSMT is not turned on in the registry), I am
still getting a crash while attempting to launch The Solus Project in a clean
prefix with only vcrun2012 installed via winetricks.
