[Bug 46750] MS Office 2010 on Windows 7 crash

I tried it on Wine 4.5 and 4.6. This time it worked fine (installation and
applications).

OneNote raised an error preventing it to start:
cannot start because the Desktop Experience feature is not installed.
I tired change winecfg to Windows XP and still the same problem.

just for record, my prefix is:

WINEARCH=win64 WINEPREFIX=~/.local/share/wineprefixes/win7 winetricks msxml6
riched30 msftedit usp10 xact_x64 corefonts
