CPU usage on that moment is 100%. In Wine version 6.0 the CPU usage has improved during the license check but it still takes minutes to complete. The license check also returned a CURL 52 error a few times. All was working fine in Wine 5.18 or lower and the license check took 1 second to complete. To reproduce: 1. Install Wine 5.19 (staging) or higher 2. Install vcrun2019 3. Create a folder called: fxserver 4. Download the lastest server files and extract them inside the fxserver folder: https://runtime.fivem.net/artifacts/fivem/build_server_windows/master/ 5.
