[Bug 13560] Baldur's Gate 2 Throne of Bhaal fails to save game because the file default.tot exists in the game temp directory.

I installed the game, the expansion, and the patch. Then I started the game and
saving worked fine. There is not default.tot in BG2's temp directory.
