[Bug 12724] 3DS MAX 7.0: Cannot render viewport windows and geometry properly

Wine-1.1.7, viewport windows load correctly and geometry renders properly under
DirectX 8.1 mode without crashing. Still, geometry appears as black shapes in
DirectX 9.0 mode.

Anyone have any better luck in DX9 mode?
