I can confirm the issue in wine-1.1.37-171-g2a07163. Using winetricks to
install dcom98 successfully works around the crash. I've uploaded a copy of the
installer (sha1sum 6897ada4d9d73b44038a97b74729d3b546bd1284) to my personal
account since the original site requires registration to access the download.
